• Our system for the production of mayonnaise ( for a batch of 500L ) comprises :
• A stainless steel tank with a capacity of 500L. It is  jacketed for the circulation of cold water.
• A slow speed jetfoil agitator, fitted on the tank that ensures the slow movement of the ingredients
• A 50L tank equipped with a gear pump that controls  the oil feeding.
• An encircled shaft homogenizer that is an In-tank mixer. It can be inserted into the tank and can also be lifted hydraulically. It is used for the constant stirring of the ingredients as they are put inside the tank.
• A four-stage In-line Homogenizer that is used for the final blending process. Equipped with   four sets of stators & rotors, it works on the stator-  rotor technology
• A four stage homogenizer and a high quality pump for feeding this homogenizer has also been installed. Not only this, a oil feed tank and a pump to feed the oil has also been mounted on the skid.
• After the processing, customers will get the finest quality of mayonnaise.
