The setup comprises of various sections as described below:
21.1 CLEANING SECTION:
The process involves thorough cleaning, soaking and peeling of the raw vegetables into cleaned and peeled vegetables by using suitable washers and peelers for the desired vegetable.
21.2 PROCESSING STATION:
The processing station comprises of various stages:
1. CRUSHING UNIT:
The cleaned vegetables are initially crushed into slices or raw paste
1. FINE GRINDING UNIT:
Multiprocessor is use for fine grinding of the crushed paste to form smooth and fine paste of the vegetable
1. MIXING UNIT:
The paste so formed is then mixed and homogenized with other ingredients such as water, salt, preservatives, etc and the final homogenized product is suitable for packaging with a super fine texture
21.3 PACKAGING STATION:
The prepared paste can then be packed into the desired type of packets/boxes.
